Patti LuPone to Star in Mia Farrow Play in Broadway Return
The Tony-winning actress will make her first Broadway appearance in four years in Jen Silverman's play, "The Rave."

Patti LuPone is set to return to Broadway in the fall of 2023 in a new play by Jen Silverman. The play, titled "The Rave," will be directed by Jack O'Brien and will mark LuPone's first Broadway appearance in four years.
LuPone is a two-time Tony Award winner who has starred in numerous Broadway productions, including "Evita," "Sweeney Todd," and "Gypsy." She is also known for her work on television and film, including her roles in "Life Goes On" and "American Horror Story."
Silverman is a playwright whose work has been produced both on and off-Broadway. Her play "The Moors" was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2019. O'Brien is a Tony Award-winning director whose work includes "Hairspray" and "The Coast of Utopia."
"The Rave" is a dark comedy about a group of people who attend a rave in the desert. The play explores themes of love, loss, and the search for meaning in life.
