The Celtics enter the 2023-24 season with a strong point guard duo in Marcus Smart and Malcolm Brogdon. Smart, a two-time All-Defensive Team selection, brings leadership, toughness, and exceptional perimeter defense. Brogdon, acquired in a trade with the Indiana Pacers, possesses a well-rounded skillset with his ability to score, pass, and defend. Together, they form a dynamic backcourt that can control the tempo and create opportunities for their teammates.
