Max Verstappen won his first Formula 1 World Championship in a title showdown at the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He was 24 years and 290 days old at the time. Verstappen is a Dutch driver who currently drives for Red Bull Racing. He is the son of former Formula 1 driver Jos Verstappen.
Lewis Hamilton: 23 Years and 299 Days Old
Lewis Hamilton is the second youngest winner of the World Drivers Championship. He was just 23 years and 299 days old when he won his first championship in 2008. Hamilton is a British driver who currently drives for Mercedes-AMG Petronas. He has won seven world championships, more than any other active driver.
